Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager and team in keeping our park safe, welcoming and running smoothly. You will help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

You will maintain a proactive security presence, monitor situations, respond to incidents, and keep detailed security and incident records.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.
