Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking an experienced Security Architect to join a world-leading professional services organisation. You will define security architecture for complex enterprise IT and OT solutions, collaborating with Technical and Solutions Architects to embed security into system designs.

You will use threat modelling to identify risks, define security requirements, and guide mitigation across the system lifecycle, working with Assurance and Penetration Testing teams to validate controls.

Qualifications

• Strong technical security experience across enterprise IT and OT environments.
• Experience with threat modelling and defining security requirements.
• Proven ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location: London, Manchester or Leeds (hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Security Architect to join a growing security architecture team within a world-leading professional services organisation.

You’ll work on high-profile, technically complex transformation programmes, helping design secure solutions across enterprise IT and operational technology environments.

The role

• Define security architecture for complex enterprise IT and OT solutions.


• Work closely with Technical and Solutions Architects to build security into system designs.


• Use threat modelling to identify risks and define security requirements.


• Manage security requirements throughout the system lifecycle.


• Provide expert guidance on security risks, threats and mitigation.


• Work with Information Assurance and Penetration Testing teams to validate security controls.


• Apply recognised frameworks including NIST, ISO and CIS.


• Advise on authentication, authorisation and protective monitoring.


• Communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

Strong technical security experience in one or more of the following:

• IP Networking & Operational Technology


• Databases & LLMs

You’ll also need:

• Experience with threat modelling and security requirements.


• Strong understanding of security architecture and risk-based mitigation.


• Knowledge of NIST, ISO or CIS security frameworks.


• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
