Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Security Architect to define and evolve security architectures for large technology programs in the UK. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed security across the project lifecycle and translate risk findings into concrete security requirements.

The role demands hands-on threat modelling, deep knowledge of cloud, on-prem, networks, OT, and containerised environments, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial technical security experience across cloud, networking, OT, infrastructure, containerisation, databases, application security or mobile technologies.
• Experience conducting threat modelling and security risk assessments.
• Good understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex security concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous Security Architect experience is beneficial, though engineers/consultants aiming to step into architecture will be considered.
