Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, IT, compliance, or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with security questionnaires (SIG/CAIQ) or compliance tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira/Jira Service Management.
• Exposure to DLP, endpoint security or SIEM/alerting tooling.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize and route security queue tickets; resolve routine requests and escalate complex items.
• Participate in incident response: triage phishing and follow-up post-incident reviews.
• Review AI-drafted responses to security questionnaires and due diligence requests; coordinate with SMEs.
• Run first-pass vendor security reviews and route AI requests through intake process.
• Build automations and AI agents to reduce manual work; maintain runbooks as living docs.
• Define and track metrics like time to triage/resolution to drive improvements.
