Job summary

Auros—a leader in human insight—seeks a Security Operations/Incident Response professional in the UK to triage, automate, and improve security workflows. You will engage with customers and internal teams to explain technical topics and drive continuous improvement across security tools and runbooks.

You will analyze alerts, participate in incident response, and help maintain AI-driven responses and Trust Center documents while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Clear, accurate written and verbal communication for customers and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and internal teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Self-starter who follows runbooks and elevates when needed; initiates fixes.
• Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Security operations fundamentals and incident response knowledge.
• 3 years in security, IT, compliance, or customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Triage and route security tickets; automate recurring requests.
• Triage endpoint and security alerts and DLP events; tune detections.
• Participate in incident response; draft internal security notices and post-incident reviews.
• Review AI-drafted responses for security questionnaires; maintain Trust Center docs.
• Join customer calls to walk through Auros's security posture.
• Run first-pass vendor security reviews; summarize docs with AI.
• Review software requests against approval; route AI requests.
• Support access checks and data deletion requests; report impersonation.
• Build automations, AI agents, and integrations across security tools.
• Define and track metrics like time to triage and time to resolve.
• Demonstrate Auros values through work product and interactions.
