Job summary
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Securitisation Lawyer to join the Securities & Asset Management Legal team in a hybrid role spanning London and other UK sites. The role focuses on structuring and implementing securitisation transactions across asset classes, with collaboration across Legal & Secretariat and Global Markets.
The successful candidate will advise on regulatory and market practices to deliver strong client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must be legally qualified with a current practising certificate
- Experience in securitisation and debt capital markets is essential
- Strong advisory, commercial and regulatory awareness
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality legal advice on securitisation transactions across asset classes
- Advise on mortgage loans, credit cards, auto loans and trade receivables
- Negotiate complex transaction documentation with stakeholders and counsel
- Support development and delivery of funding and capital markets solutions
- Build trusted relationships across Global Markets, Risk, Compliance and Legal & Secretariat
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting securitisation and dc markets
- Contribute to broader legal risk management and knowledge sharing initiatives
