Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc is seeking an Associate Director for the Securitised Products Group in London. You will engage in origination, structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, supporting FI, corporate and specialist finance clients with a broad asset class remit.

The role requires 4+ years in securitisation, strong analytical and modelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years securitisation/structured lending experience with an analytical or structuring focus.
• Experience supporting transactions through multiple stages of the deal lifecycle.
• Understanding of deal structures, credit risk, legal documentation and typical originators.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with experience of cashflow modelling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in origination, structuring and execution of securitisation transactions.
• Support clients across FI, Corporate and Specialist Finance sectors.
• Build and manage client relationships and deliver client materials.
• Collaborate with coverage and Global Markets to identify and develop opportunities.
