Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Securities & Redemption Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products. You will handle land registry checks, redemptions, releases, lease reviews and annual reviews with accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will support the Team Lead, triage queries, and coordinate with customers and advisors to ensure timely completion and robust documentation throughout the post-lending lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgage lending and post-completion lifecycle.
• Knowledge of securities and redemption processes.
• Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder management.
• Confident handling deeds, leases and in-life lending documents.
• Excellent attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption activities.
• Handle redemption sign-offs and lease reviews as delegated.
• Be the first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries.
• Review and update procedure guides to reflect current processes.
• Coordinate with customers and advisors to obtain required information.
• Ensure post-completion tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain relationships with legal/valuation partners for timely exchanges.
