Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Securities & Redemption Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products, including Land Registry checks, redemptions, releases and lease reviews. You will support the Team Lead, handle critical queries, and ensure timely completion and compliance across the post-completion lifecycle.

The role emphasises strong attention to detail, regulated environment performance, and stakeholder communication. Flexible/hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgage lending and post-completion lifecycle.
• Strong customer service ethic and stakeholder management.
• Confident handling deeds, leases, and in-life lending docs.
• Good attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Knowledge of securities and redemption processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption functions.
• Approve 4 eye checks and redemption sign-offs as delegated.
• Serve as first contact for Securities and Redemption queries.
• Review procedure guides to ensure up-to-date processes.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers on redemptions to retain business.
• Coordinate with legal/valuation partners for timely exchanges.
• Manage deeds/leases and related in-life documentation.
• Request information from customers or advisers as needed.
• Ensure post-completion tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
