Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Securities & Redemptions Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products, including Land Registry checks, redemptions, releases and lease reviews. You will ensure timely compliance and accurate documentation.

In this role you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, legal and valuation partners, supporting redemption sign-offs and procedural updates while maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail in a regulated fintech

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgage lending; strong grasp of securities, redemption processes and post completion lifecycle.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management.
• Confident handling Deeds, Leases and other in-life lending documentation.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption tasks.
• Handle delegated authority for 4-eye checks, redemption sign-offs and lease reviews.
• Be the first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries.
• Review procedure guides to ensure up-to-date processes.
• Coordinate with customers or advisors for information.
• Ensure post-completion tasks and undertakings are completed on time.
• Maintain good relationships with legal/valuation partners.
• Take ownership of Deeds and in-life documentation oversight.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on Redemptions to retain business.
