Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Securities & Redemption Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products, including Land Registry checks, redemptions, releases, lease reviews and annual reviews. Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgage lending or lending operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of securities, redemption processes and post-completion lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption activities.
• Handle delegated authority tasks such as 4-eye checks and redemption sign-offs.
• Act as the first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries and triage before escalation.
• Review and maintain up-to-date procedure guides.
• Engage with customers and professional advisers to obtain required information.
• Ensure all post-completion tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain relationships with legal/valuation partners for timely exchanges of correspondence.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers on redemptions to maintain business where possible.
