Fintelligent Search Ltd in Manchester is recruiting for a Case Manager to join a growing secured lending team. You’ll manage secured loan applications from packaging to payout, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role offers hybrid working, training and development support, and a clear career growth plan. A strong background in mortgage administration or FCA-regulated environments is preferred, with a proactive, detail‑oriented

Competenze

Experience in mortgage administration or second charge lending is desirable.
Experience in FCA-regulated environments is essential.
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Experience handling busy workloads in a fast-paced setting.

Mansioni

Manage secured loan applications from initial packaging through to payout.
Review income, employment, credit and property information, spotting gaps before delays.
Coordinate with customers, lenders and advisers to obtain documents and resolve queries.
Keep customers informed, explaining progress and next steps.
Maintain accurate, compliant case files while meeting deadlines and targets.
Suggest practical improvements to streamline the process for customers and colleagues.
