Fintelligent Search Ltd in Manchester is recruiting for a Case Manager to join a growing secured lending team. You’ll manage secured loan applications from packaging to payout, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Manage secured loan applications from initial packaging through to payout.
• Review income, employment, credit and property information, spotting gaps before delays.
• Coordinate with customers, lenders and advisers to obtain documents and resolve queries.
• Keep customers informed, explaining progress and next steps.
• Maintain accurate, compliant case files while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Suggest practical improvements to streamline the process for customers and colleagues.

If you’re working in mortgage administration, second charge lending or another FCA-regulated role, you’ve already built skills that matter here: managing deadlines, getting the details right and keeping customers reassured.

We’re recruiting for a Case Manager role within a growing secured lending team in Manchester. With specialist training, experienced colleagues and investment in your development, you’ll have support to build your knowledge—not an expectation that you’ll arrive knowing everything.

Package & Benefits

• £30,000–£35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

About You

Second charge experience is welcome, but it isn’t the only route into this role.

You’ll bring experience in mortgage administration, second charge loan processing or another FCA-regulated environment, alongside:

• Experience managing a busy workload in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• A proactive approach - you’re happy to pick up the phone and find an answer.
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the person behind the application.
• Confidence working towards targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You don’t need to know every lender’s criteria on day one. Bring relevant experience, ownership and a willingness to learn, and there’s support to build the rest.
