NCR Atleos is hiring a Secure Transport Driver for Tonbridge. You will transport cash securely, switching between driving and courier duties, and work solo or with a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

Role includes a 45-hour week across 4 days with early shifts, a 1,000 joining bonus for CVIT SIA licence holders, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is fully funded.

Qualifications

• Provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• CVIT SIA licence desirable; if held, £1,000 bonus after probation; if not, fully funded training.
• Conscientious driving with strict adherence to the Highway Code.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work alone or with a partner – driver or courier.
• Securely transport and replenish cash to keep ATMs stocked.
• Follow procedures and complete required documentation.
• Drive and park safely, adhering to the Highway Code and safety standards.

Job Title: Secure Transport Driver

Location : Tonbridge, TN9 1SH

Salary : £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonus if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence

Shifts: 45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20am and 8:00pm and weekend work on rota basis

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Secure Transport Driver (internally known as a Cash in Transit Officer), you'll help transport cash safely and securely.

No two days are the same. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alone or with a partner - either as a driver or a courier.
• Keep the ATMs stocked by securely transporting and replenishing cash.
• Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.
• Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable. If you already hold one, you'll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing probationary period. If not, you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.
• Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
