NCR Atleos in Tonbridge is hiring a Secure Van Driver to transport cash securely as a Cash in Transit Officer. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, sometimes working solo or with a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is 45 hours a week over four days (11.25 hours including paid breaks) with shifts from early morning to early evening and weekend rotation. A £1,000 joining bonus is available if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• CVIT SIA licence desirable; if not held, training is funded.
• Must provide a continuous 10-year history of employment and education.

• Job Title:Secure Van Driver
• Location: Tonbridge, TN9 1SH
• Salary: £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonusif you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence.
• Shifts: 45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20am and 8:00pm and weekend work on rota basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Secure Van Driver (internally known as a Cash in Transit Officer), you'll help transport cash safely and securely.

No two days are the same. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work alone or with a partner - either as a driver or a courier.
• Keep the ATMs stocked by securely transporting and replenishing cash.
• Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.
• Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable. If you already hold one, you’ll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing probationary period. If not, you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.
• Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
