Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Secure Transport Driver to safely transport and replenish cash. You may work solo or with a partner as a driver or courier, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role splits driving with courier duties and requires adherence to procedures and safety standards. Candidates should have a full UK driving licence with ≤6 penalty points and ideally hold a CVIT SIA licence.

• Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.

• Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Title: Secure Transport Driver Location: Tonbridge, TN9 1SH Salary: £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonus if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence Shifts: 45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20am and 8:00pm and weekend work on rota basis

About the Role

As a Secure Transport Driver (internally known as a Cash in Transit Officer), you'll help transport cash safely and securely. No two days are the same. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements

• Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
• Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable.
• If you already hold one, you’ll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing probationary period.
• If not, you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.
• Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
