Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair secure voice and data services for DFTS customers.
- Respond to service faults and restore connections quickly and safely.
- Carry out planned work to agreed standards, timescales and safety requirements.
- Travel between customer sites and participate in on-call support; stay away overnight when needed.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used and service updates.
- Follow security, compliance and site access processes at all times.
- Share knowledge with the team and look for ways to improve how we work.
