Job summary

CDW is seeking a Technical Consultant in City of London to design, plan, and implement complex technology projects. You will support Sales and Solutions teams with technical expertise and deliver end-to-end implementation across diverse client environments.

You will mentor junior staff, produce design documentation, and drive quality and efficiency across projects. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with eligibility

Qualifications

• Certifications in relevant tech areas such as Cisco CCNP, MS PL900, MS AZ204.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Ability to manage time and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver implementation services across a range of clients and technologies.
• Act as a mentor and technical escalation point with expert knowledge for issue resolution and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, and customers; create technical documentation as needed.
• Produce low level designs and statements of works (SoW) to support project delivery.
• Lead design workshops and present technical documentation to customers.
• Maintain certifications and support security clearance requirements.
• Contribute to PoC design, test documentation, and test scenarios.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
