Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver expert technical solutions and guidance, translating complex business needs into scalable implementations. You will work closely with customers, project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure commercially viable, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong technical leadership, prior professional services experience, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable skills and knowledge in a relevant technology area.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technically.
• Experience in Professional Services or Consultancy roles is preferred.
• Able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver implementation services across a wide range of clients and technologies.
• Mentor and act as escalation point with expert knowledge for issue resolution, standards and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, Customers and other teams as required.
• Create technical documentation as needed.
• Review PS Costings sheets and SoWs.
• Lead design workshops and present technical documentation to customers.
• Maintain and upgrade required certifications and ensure project delivery within scope, time and cost.
