Job summary

Mass Limited, a UK security-focused technology partner, seeks an ICT Systems Engineer to maintain a Windows/VMware environment in a highly secure setting. The role involves multi-hat responsibilities, rapid issue resolution, and ensuring service quality across the infrastructure.

You will work on mission-critical projects, with Vetting security clearance a requirement, and occasional travel within and outside the UK. Based in Wiltshire, the role supports government clients and integrated teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including AD, DFS, IP, and deployment via Group Policy.
• Some understanding of Unix/Linux/RedHat.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain Microsoft and VMware OSs and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk issues.
• Ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Contribute to software asset management.
• Produce and update deployment and build documentation.
