Job summary

Moody's Corporation is seeking a DevOps professional to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms powering Moody’s products.

Join our DC&I DevOps team to drive serverless adoption, IaC and policy-as-code, build robust CI/CD pipelines, monitor AWS usage for reliability and cost efficiency, and collaborate with engineering to improve operational excellence, automation, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable.
• Experience with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms powering Moody’s products.
• Drive adoption of serverless architectures and container-based platforms to modernize applications and improve delivery efficiency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code practices to improve consistency, governance, and compliance across cloud environments.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable continuous integration and continuous deployment infrastructure that enables efficient software delivery.
• Monitor and optimize Amazon Web Services resource utilization to balance reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Administer software-as-a-service development tools and platforms to support secure and productive engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational excellence, automation, and platform reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, services, and industry best practices to enhance developer productivity, security, and scalability.
