Job summary

Adler & Allan in the United Kingdom seeks a Sector Manager to own the construction/data centre market. You will set strategy, align regional and commercial teams, and lead senior client engagements to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires a strategic operator with a commercial edge, capable of building multi-service propositions and representing the company in industry forums. A strong track record in B2B sales and driving customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in water, environmental services or energy infrastructure.
Strategic thinking with commercial sharpness and negotiation strength.
Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management.
Experience building complex, multi-service customer propositions.
Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset.
Financial acumen and track record of delivering results.
Clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (DBS check may be required).

Responsibilities

Set sector strategy including growth plans, propositions and market direction.
Align regional, operational and commercial teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Engage with national clients across procurement, operations and technical functions.
Grow a national account portfolio while ensuring profitability and retention.
Mobilise contracts, renewals and tailor customer solutions across the Group.
Drive continuous improvement and strengthen delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead sector review and maintain momentum across activities.
Represent Adler & Allan in industry forums to raise profile.
Cross-sell and secure new work across service offerings.
