Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a Regional Director UK to lead our Data Centers division, owning strategy and driving delivery of flagship campuses across the UK and Europe. You will build and mentor high-performing teams, develop senior client relationships with hyperscale operators, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate scale while maintaining safety, quality, and commercial performance.

• Proven leadership experience within data centres, mission-critical construction, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Background working for a leading General Contractor, EPC, or Project Management Consultancy.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with global clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision, energy, and leadership skills to develop a successful business unit.

The Opportunity

As Operations Director - Data Centers, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of the European Data Center business unit.
