Job summary

QAA, the UK’s independent quality body for tertiary education, is seeking a Sector Engagement Manager for Member Relationships. This remote-first role manages a portfolio of UK member institutions, building proactive conversations to understand challenges, goals and the value of QAA membership.

You will capture insights, coordinate with teams, and help shape services and strategy. Occasional UK and international travel may be required, with flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with senior contacts in a professional setting.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• CRM experience for capturing insights and tracking member activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UK member institutions and be their main point of contact.
• Conduct regular proactive conversations to understand member challenges and goals.
• Help members maximise QAA membership and connect them with relevant expertise and opportunities.
• Capture insights in CRM, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and feed back into service development.
