Job summary

QAA is the UK's independent quality body for tertiary education. This Sector Engagement Manager role focuses on turning member data into actions to strengthen membership and experience, with remote-first work in the UK and occasional travel.

You will develop engagement dashboards, use CRM to build insights, support new members, and help renewals. Collaboration with Digital, Marketing and Communications teams ensures member needs shape services.

Qualifications

• You enjoy understanding what people need and using that knowledge to improve their experience.
• You can use and enhance a CRM to record activity and produce reports, and draw out insights that lead to practical improvements.
• You build trusted relationships easily with senior external contacts and colleagues, and you communicate clearly in writing, in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Turn member data and feedback into clear actions that strengthen our membership offer.
• Help new members get off to a strong start and support existing members to gain real value from their membership.
• Shape how we measure success by developing Engagement Dashboards and CRM-based reports.
• Collaborate with specialist teams across the Agency to ensure member needs shape what we offer and how we deliver it.
