In this role, you will supervise site activities, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction supervision, relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS), and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The position offers a flexible 45-hour work week and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate site labour, plant, and materials.
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues to the Site Manager.
