Bistrot Pierre is seeking a Chef de Partie to take ownership of your section and ensure dishes meet our standards for quality and consistency. You’ll combine technical skill with organisation and teamwork to ensure every service runs smoothly.

You will lead by example, support junior colleagues, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while contributing to stock management and efficient kitchen operations.
