An organized individual is required to provide comprehensive reception, administrative, and secretarial support within Cardenden Health Centre for a range of healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for maintaining 1,400 school health records and working closely with the School Nurses. Additionally, you will provide secretarial support to the Community Paediatrician and as required.
We seek an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Tiara, Microsoft Office, and Winscribe/audio typing. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a standard grade education and previous administration/secretarial experience. The role involves prioritizing and managing the day-to-day workload in a busy environment without direct supervision.
Travel throughout the West Fife area will be necessary for training and staffing purposes.
Please note that the salary for this part-time role is pro-rata.
