Aspire People are recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide effective support across the school, including in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with young people.
• Confident and enthusiastic in a classroom environment.
• Patient, approachable and supportive.
• Reliable and committed to working five days per week.
• Able to build positive relationships with students.
• Previous experience in a school or with young people is desirable, but not essential.

The Role
