Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a large mixed secondary school in Ealing, West London, to start September 2026.

The role runs full-time until 26 December, supporting pupils across KS3 (11–14) and some KS4 in lessons and in social-emotional learning, under the guidance of the SEN Coordinator. You will be proactive, professional and committed, with previous experience supporting teenagers in youth settings or community groups.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting teenagers in youth settings or community groups.
• Proactive, committed and professional with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop teaching assistant skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning needs across the school, primarily KS3.
• Help pupils focus in lessons and complete tasks; support emotional and behavioural regulation.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEN Coordinator; participate in provided training.
