Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. are seeking a Teaching Assistant for a large mixed secondary school in Ealing, West London, to start September 2026.

The role runs full-time until 26 December, supporting pupils across KS3 (11–14) and some KS4 in lessons and in social-emotional learning, under the guidance of the SEN Coordinator. You will be proactive, professional and committed, with previous experience supporting teenagers in youth settings or community groups.

A large, welcoming high school in Ealing are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their school from September 26 – December 26 to work with pupils across their secondary school.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting a range of pupils with learning needs across the school. Pupils will need support to focus in lessons and complete tasks as well as managing their emotions and behaviour. You will work with various pupils across the school although this will primarily be in KS3 (11 to 14 year olds) although you may support some older students in KS4. You will work closely with teacher and the schools SEN Co-ordinator and will be provided with training.

The school are open to applications from anyone with previous experience supporting teenagers in youth settings, community groups or within their own personal life.
