Qualifications

• Previous experience in a UK secondary school setting.
• Understanding of the UK secondary curriculum.
• Experience supporting children with diverse needs (SEND desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with small groups and 1:1 to support pupils' learning.
• Adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and support the school's behaviour policy.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
• Assist with preparation of classroom materials and learning environments.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
