Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting.
• Strong classroom presence and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Adaptable and proactive approach.
• Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS or currently held on Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions.
• Assisting students with SEN when required.
• Helping maintain positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
• Encouraging student confidence, independence, and achievement.
