Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a variety of friendly and inclusive mainstream primary schools across Greater London. Flexible daily supply or long-term positions are available to suit your experience and availability.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with class teachers to foster a supportive learning environment, across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will assist with group interventions, classroom organization, and promoting positive behaviour.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with children and enabling inclusive learning.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a welcoming classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom organisation and lesson preparation.
• Support children with a range of learning needs.
