Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Bradford and West Yorkshire. Start dates are ASAP, with flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and temporary placements.

You will support pupils alongside teachers, help reinforce learning in small groups, and contribute to a positive classroom environment focused on safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational or support settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, pupils and parents.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to learning and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with delivery of engaging lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence and participation.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom prep and learning resources.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and school expectations.
