Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to support partner schools across Huddersfield. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities in various secondary settings.

Ideal candidates have experience with young people, a strong classroom presence, and are proactive in supporting SEN and behavioural goals. DBS Update Service is preferred; training and local consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting.
• Strong classroom presence and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• An adaptable and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
