About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students across various subjects, fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and effective learning environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education and eager to work alongside teachers to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with individual and group tasks, ensuring learning objectives are met.
  2. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  3. Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
  4. Help prepare learning materials and resources.
  5. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback as needed.
  6. Support administrative tasks such as marking and record-keeping.
  7. Foster positive relationships with students to promote an inclusive and supportive environment.
About You:
  1. Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
  2. A strong passion for education and supporting students to achieve their potential.
  3. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
  4. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to working with young people.
  5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
