SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply - Long Term, Short Term & Day-to-Day)
Location: Manchester
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible and rewarding work in secondary schools across Manchester? Aspire People have a high demand for supply staff for long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles.

About the Roles:
Aspire People are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream and specialist SEN units, providing 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs. Many students have SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties, so an understanding and patient approach is essential.

Requirements:
UK Experience working with children with additional needs
Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification OR a relevant education-related UK degree
Understanding of SEMH and challenging behaviour strategies
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to provide two years of professional references
