GSL is currently recruiting for a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming team in a secondary school in Rochdale, OL16.

This Secondary Teaching Assistant role is a long-term position starting as soon as possible for the full academic year. You will support students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, playing a crucial role in supporting students on a 1-1 basis and in small groups, assisting with their personal and academic growth.

The role requires the right individual to have strong behavior management skills and prior experience in a similar role.

Ideal candidate for the Secondary Teaching Assistant Position in Rochdale, OL16:

• Previous experience working within a secondary school
• Must have strong behavior management skills
• Passionate about working with students in schools

Role details:

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday
• Location: Rochdale, OL16 (must be able to commute to this area)
• Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL
• Temporary position
