A London-based recruitment agency is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets. Support pupils with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working in 1 to 1 and small groups. This role offers flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time commitment throughout the academic year. Strong support and professional development opportunities are provided.
Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant is required for a mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The role is available on daily supply or long-term basis, full-time or part-time, for an ongoing academic year.
In this role you will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work closely with the pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis to support them across a range of academic lessons. You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers.
You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports.
This role is offered on a full-time contract basis and for the full academic year.
