Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking qualified Secondary Teachers for Leeds-based schools. Roles involve teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5, planning and assessment under the Head of Department, and occasionally guiding 1:1 SEND support plans.

Positions are full-time, on-site in LS14, with market-leading daily pay rates and dedicated recruitment support. DBS/safeguarding are part of the placement process and opportunities exist across temporary contracts.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering KS3 KS4 KS5 with engaging lesson delivery.
• Strong classroom management and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assess lessons under the Head of Department.
• Deliver engaging lessons for KS3 KS4 KS5.
• Support Learning Support Assistants with 1:1 SEND students.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.

Leeds based secondary schools are looking to recruit

qualified Secondary Teachers to enrich the learning and development of their KS3 & KS4 & KS5 students. The schools are looking for general Teachers who are capable of creating engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills.

The positions are full-time and will include planning and assessment, under the guidance of the Head of Department. The successful Teachers may also be required to provide individual plans for Learning Support Assistants to follow when working on a 1:1 basis with SEND students.
