Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is looking for qualified secondary teachers to join our supply and permanent staffing pools across Swindon and the region. You will be paid to scale for any teaching role and our focus is matching you with schools that fit your strengths.

We offer weekly PAYE pay, free access to our CPD Academy, personalised support from a dedicated consultant, and a range of roles in mainstream, SEND, and alternative provisions.

Qualifications

• UK QTS or equivalent is required.
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area is essential.
• Confident classroom presence with classroom management.
• Genuine commitment to supporting young people in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across secondary subjects as assigned.
• Maintain high student progress and behaviour in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with school staff and Protocol Education consultant to place you in suitable roles.
• Participate in CPD and training opportunities offered by Protocol Education.

As we come towards the end of the first term, Schools are still looking to complete their staffing teams. Alternatively, there are always changes that come up as we head deeper ino the year.
