Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting talented and passionate teachers for secondary schools across Telford, Shropshire and Shrewsbury, offering flexibility from short-term contracts to long-term opportunities. You will be paid to scale for any teaching position and supported throughout with local placements.

We welcome UK QTS holders across all subject areas and provide ongoing CPD, dedicated consultant support, and access to mainstream, SEND and alternative provisions within our network.

Qualifications

• UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Strong subject knowledge within your specialist area is essential.
• Confident classroom management and a proactive approach are expected.
• A genuine commitment to supporting young people and adaptable working styles are valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach across a range of subjects in secondary schools.
• Deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with schools and Protocol Education consultants to match roles to your skills.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
