Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Secondary Teachers for Ystrad Mynach and its surrounding areas. We are looking for a Secondary Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE, or a BA in Education who is a qualified Secondary Teacher. This role will support any day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term positions on supply, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across different school settings and maintain a flexible schedule you control.

• A minimum pay rate for a Secondary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £173.00 per day on approval to the new framework)

Responsibilities

• Have strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills
• Have experience of teaching within the UK

• Plan innovative and creative lessons
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
