Job summary

Education Supply Pool is seeking a passionate Secondary School Teacher to fill day-to-day roles in Cardiff and surrounding areas on behalf of partner comprehensive schools. You should have QTS and a PGCE or BA in Education, and experience teaching in the UK.

You will join a PAYE environment, with a minimum daily rate currently £173.00, and a variety of short-, long-, and day-to-day placements. A valid UK driving licence will increase opportunities for work.

Qualifications

• Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education.
• Have experience of teaching within the UK.
• Have the correct Education and Training.
• Be able to set high standards.
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons.
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
