Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEND support worker in Plymouth to help secondary students with learning disabilities. You will work within the school's SEND unit and support lessons across the school, ensuring students stay engaged and supported throughout the day.

Applicants should be confident, resilient, patient and able to establish clear boundaries. Previous SEND or school experience is desirable; DBS and compliance checks will apply.

• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is essential.
• Confident, resilient and patient disposition.
• Comfortable supporting students with additional needs.
• Ability to establish clear, consistent boundaries.
