Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school located in Sandbach starting in September 2025. This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is seeking experience within a mainstream school before teaching, or an established Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new and exciting role.
About the role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working either 1-1 or in small groups with students with a range of needs and abilities. This will involve interventions of core subjects and the implementation of individualised learning plans; ensuring the curriculum is accessible to all and progress is being made. You’ll collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO’s, and external professionals to help tailor learning experiences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
