Job summary
Simply Education Ltd is seeking a motivated Secondary English Teacher for supply and longer-term roles across Medway and surrounding areas. You will teach English Language and Literature to KS3-KS4, manage classes, plan engaging lessons, and support student progress. Flexible day-to-day work and long-term placements are available through Simply Education's network.

Qualifications
- QTS or recognised UK teaching qualification desirable.
- Experience teaching English Language and/or English Literature.
- Confident delivering English across KS3 and KS4.
- GCSE teaching and exam preparation experience advantageous.
- Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs desirable.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3-KS4.
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons and assessments.
- Support pupil progress and adapt lessons to diverse needs.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
