Job summary

PK Education Limited is seeking an experienced Pastoral Manager to join a secondary school in South East Birmingham. The role focuses on pastoral support, wellbeing, attendance monitoring and strong safeguarding practices.

You will work closely with pupils, teachers and safeguarding teams to promote positive behaviour and remove barriers to learning in a dynamic school environment.

Pastoral Manager – South East Birmingham

Pay: £180–£200 per day | £900–£1,000 per week

PK Education is recruiting an experienced Pastoral Manager to join a secondary school in South East Birmingham.

We are looking for someone passionate about supporting young people, with the confidence to manage behaviour, promote positive attendance and provide effective pastoral support to pupils.

• Managing challenging behaviour and carrying out restorative conversations.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and helping remove barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a Pastoral Manager, Head of Year, Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor or similar school-based role, with strong behaviour management and communication skills.
