Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor for a welcoming secondary school in Wolverhampton. You will supervise classes across multiple subjects when the regular teacher is unavailable, keeping students engaged and on task.

We are looking for someone reliable, calm and an excellent communicator who can maintain a positive classroom environment, support learning, and provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students complete the work provided.
• Maintaining a calm, positive and purposeful classroom environment.
• Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Supporting students with their learning where appropriate.
• Providing feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and student behaviour.
• Responding appropriately to any issues or concerns during lessons.
• Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the school day.
